Modern POS Platform Migration

Migrated a legacy POS stack to Laravel + Vue.js across 17 branches, including MSSQL replication, centralized data synchronization, and branch-level operations support.

• Cut roughly ₱100K per terminal per year by replacing annual subscription fees the business had been paying to the vendor for each terminal.
• Managed MSSQL replication and data management workflows to keep branch databases synchronized with a centralized database.
• Configured SQL Server Agent Jobs and schedules for replication, maintenance, and operational sync tasks.
• Implemented email notifications for job failures, agent downtime, and execution errors while enabling faster in-house feature delivery.

Loyalty Rewards App for POS

Built a loyalty rewards application connected to the POS ecosystem to track customer points, support secure account access, and keep rewards data synchronized with centralized business systems.

• Implemented points tracking, rewards workflows, and customer-account features tied to POS transactions.
• Added OTP verification through Smart API, social login support, email notifications, and replicated data flows for reliable centralized syncing.
• Delivered the mobile application to both Android and iOS using Ionic Vue, with production deployment and ongoing support across both platforms.

ITMS — IT Management System

Delivered an internal ITMS that centralizes helpdesk ticketing with adjacent IT operations workflows in one Laravel/Vue stack.

• Core ITMS module: ticket lifecycle Open → Acknowledge → Resolved for auditable support tracking.
• Viber alerts on every new ticket for Level 1 support; email updates so requesters stay in the loop.
• Extended ITMS with preventive maintenance scheduling and inventory receiving reports.

IT Asset Management (ITAM) System Implementation

Implemented an internal IT Asset Management system released in April 2026 to improve asset tracking, maintenance control, transaction workflows, and reporting across the organization.

• Built master data, transaction, and reporting modules covering assets, categories, item models, locations, status, preventive maintenance, licenses, programs, receiving, check-in/check-out, quick scan, and movement history.
• Implemented preventive maintenance scheduling, maintenance checklists, stronger serial-number validation, and workflow improvements for more accurate asset and maintenance data.
• Added email notifications and cron-based automation for scheduled processes, plus Google Apps Script support for beginning-balance inventory loading.
• Delivered a React Native mobile app using Expo and EAS for preventive maintenance, with QR-based scanning and fingerprint authentication for field usage.

Airflow Reporting Pipeline Ownership

Inherited and managed a legacy analytics pipeline, maintaining the reporting workflow used for clearer and more reliable business reviews.

• Maintained and debugged Python-based Apache Airflow DAGs across production reporting workflows.
• Managed data flow from MySQL to PostgreSQL, Cloud Storage, BigQuery, and Looker Studio using Docker-based services.
• Updated and maintained the pipeline environment on Linux servers while implementing new reports, fixing bugs, and extending DAGs for evolving business needs.
